By now you should be aware that some while ago there has been an official announcement which informs you the end of Bobtjes Blues Pages. Nevertheless, in the current form. The goal was to start new site (about blues, photography, rebetika and Greece in general) to launch it at the start of 2010. However I came to the conclusion that this will take quite some time before I can do that. Therefore I took the decision to keep the current website online. Later on the current website will move to an archive which will be reachable trough the new site.
About the new website
Sounds like a great plan. But like what you said, it will take some time. Looking forward to more photos of Greece.

Well, I guess I'm just gonna have to invade Greece if we're going to share a couple of beers again. This time I'll bring the whole US band (although the English band was great!)
Take it light, do what you can when you can, and I'll look forward to seeing the new site. Meanwhile, have a safe and happy new year and eat some loukoumia and baklava for me. I'll eat some ribs for you in Memphis when we're at the IBC next month!

I've been a subscriber now for years and I've always looked forward to finding Bobtje's Blues Page in my inbox. During some rough times with my health you were even so kind as to drop me a line encouraging me to fight the good fight which I did and I came out a winner. Keep up the good work ... it is very much appreciated ... at least as far as this old bluesman in concerned.
